God Is Righteousness
"But if our unrighteousness brings out GOD'S righteousness more clearly, what shall we say?
NO WAY ... GOD is just and righteous and that is what were going to cover here, or more to the point that GOD is righteousness in and of itself. As far as man is concerned if we look just a few verses later, there is no one righteous no, not even one. Romans 3:10
But, we're here to discuss GOD'S righteousness, so we find that GOD is not only right in bringing His wrath, but it's also just. Because of our unrighteousness, those of us who although we try to live a godly life, still fall far short and are definitely unrighteous as nonbelievers. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of GOD". Romans 3:23. But our righteousness comes through our faith in JESUS, Why?
GOD'S righteousness comes through the glory of Christ's death on the cross. It is through this and our faith in Christ we become righteous. Right now is the time to seek our righteousness, through Christ we find our way to the Father's Righteousness.
The truth has been shown to you through the Son, what are you going to get up and do about it?
