His words or right and true.  Now, what do you think this means? That He speaks truthfully from time to time, but not always because that's a lotta work?  Or, do you think it means just what it says, that His Word is right and true because of His faithfulness?  He doesn't say one thing and do something completely different just because He can.  He is true to His Word.

How faithful to your word are you?  Me, well let's see, about a year ago I had a few friends go away on a trip and they asked me to check their mail, and feed their cat and fish, you know the basic house-sitting stuff.  I said "yeah not a problem," right?  Well everyday I go and get the mail and feed the cat.  A week later they come home and ask how things went.  "Everything was great, the cat doesn't seem to like me but the mail's on the counter."  Well how about the fish everything go ok there.  "Yeah well, ya see the fish um, yeah uh, the fish"  "Did it die"?  Well, no but it sure gulped down it's food in a hurry today when we fed it.

Now, I didn't mean to forget to feed the fish, but I'm only human I tend to forget to do stuff I say I'm gonna do.  Aren't you glad that GOD isn't like me?  The LORD doesn't forget to everything that He promises us that He'll do.  He doesn't do anything halfway, His faithfulness allows Him to carry through and fulfill His promise to us, and keep all of His Words.
