Unfailing Love

"But
I trust in Your
unfailing love; my heart rejoices in Your
salvation."
Psalms 13:5
When King David wrote this Psalm he was on the verge of death and he knew that there were men out there who didn't give a hoot. But David rejoiced in the escape that GOD provided.
David knew that GOD would always be there for him when no one else was willing to stand by him. Many times in my life I've been faced with a problem that I with my own strength could never escape, at least without some assistance. But myself like most people, don't like to ask for help much less admit that I'm in need of it.In one of my previous teachings I told a joke that pretty much outlines our inability to seek out help and accept the hand that GOD is willing and able to give us. (GOD is for us) So very often this is too true in our lives, there He is and all we have to do is let go and trust in Him, but we just can't trust ourselves to do it. Truth be told, GOD is always with us no matter what. He is along for the ride. He is right there to save us, sometimes from our own devices, sometimes from the traps laid out for us by our enemies (the devil and his minions).
GOD wants us to know that He is here to save us, with no strings attached no gimmicks, and that's because He loves us with an unfailing love that knows no bounds. All we have to do is accept the gift that GOD gave us through the death of His Son JESUS. It's as simple as that. With GOD there is no substitute, there is only one way to Him,
and that way is through His Son JESUS.The truth has been shown to you through the Son, what are you going to get up and do about it?
