When I was growing up I took a lot of the things GOD did to straighten me out for granted.  I never truly understood what GOD had done for my life when I found Him and asked JESUS to change my life.  I was young when I first became a Christian but didn't make a conscious decision until I was in my teenage years.  And by then I had missed out on a lot of the gifts that GOD had in mind for me.

I chose to let worldly items to consume my life, and didn't think that it was wrong for a long time.  I messed up, but GOD doesn't want you to miss out on what He has in store for you.  He wants you to be able to receive His blessings now while He has them for you. GOD wants to be the fire that consumes your life, don't let the things of the world consume your life, make the choice to put GOD first and let Him consume you
